本サービスは、Google アカウントによるログイン機能を提供しています。この場合、以下の情報を取得することがあります。

• プロフィール画像

※取得する情報は、ユーザーが Google 側で許可した範囲に限られます。
※これらの情報は認証およびアカウント管理の目的にのみ使用されます。

(3) 利用・取引に関する情報

• イベント参加履歴および参加ステータス
• 決済情報（支払い金額、決済 ID 等）※カード番号等の機密決済情報は Stripe が管理し、本サービスは保存しません
• イベントへのコメントおよびリアクション
• イベント主催者向けカスタム質問への回答

(4) 自動的に収集される情報

• IP アドレス
• ブラウザ情報
• デバイス情報
• アクセスログ
• Cookie および類似技術（後述）

取得した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。

• 本サービスの提供および運営
• ログイン認証および本人確認
• AI を活用したユーザーマッチングおよびイベント参加者推薦（プロフィールテキストを外部 AI サービスにより処理）
• ユーザー間のコミュニケーション支援
• 決済処理
• サービスの改善および利用状況の分析
• 不正利用の防止およびセキュリティ確保

本サービスは、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に販売・共有することはありません（No Sale or Sharing of Personal Information）。

本サービスは、以下の目的で Cookie および類似技術を使用します。

• 認証 Cookie: ログイン状態の維持および OAuth リダイレクト管理
• 分析識別子（localStorage）: PostHog による利用状況分析のため、ブラウザの localStorage に永続的な匿名識別子を保存します。この識別子は Cookie とは異なり、ブラウザの Cookie 設定のみでは削除できません。削除するにはブラウザの「サイトデータ（localStorage）をクリア」の操作が必要です

ユーザーはブラウザ設定により Cookie を管理することができます。ただし Cookie を無効にすると一部機能が利用できなくなる場合があります。

個人情報は、利用目的に必要な期間のみ保持されます。

アカウント削除後、合理的な期間内（原則 90 日以内）に削除または匿名化されます。ただし法令上の保存義務がある場合はこの限りではありません。

カリフォルニア州居住者は、以下の権利を有します。

• 収集された個人情報のカテゴリおよび内容の開示請求
• 個人情報の削除請求
• 不正確な情報の訂正請求
• 個人情報の販売・共有の拒否（本サービスは販売・共有を行っていませんが、ご要望があればお申し出ください）

本サービスは、ブラウザの「Do Not Track」シグナルに現在対応していません。

本サービスは、個人情報の不正アクセス、漏洩、改ざんを防止するため、合理的なセキュリティ対策を講じます。ただし、インターネット上の送信方法および電子的な保存方法は 100% 安全ではなく、完全なセキュリティを保証することはできません。

本サービスは、13 歳未満の児童を対象としていません。

13 歳未満のユーザーの個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。13 歳未満のお子様の情報が収集されていることが判明した場合は、速やかに削除します。

本ポリシーは、必要に応じて変更される場合があります。重要な変更を行う場合は、変更発効日の少なくとも 30 日前に本サービス上で通知します。

This Privacy Policy explains how "Bay Area Business Hub" (the "Service") handles users' personal information.

The Service is operated by HelloSake, Inc., based in Cupertino, California, and is managed in consideration of applicable privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA, etc.). All personal information collected through the Service is processed in the United States.

The Service offers login via Google account. In that case, we may obtain the following information:

* Information obtained is limited to what the user has authorized on the Google side.
* This information is used solely for authentication and account management.

(3) Usage and transaction information

• Event attendance history and attendance status
• Payment information (amount paid, payment ID, etc.) — Sensitive payment data (card numbers, etc.) is managed by Stripe and is not stored by the Service
• Comments and reactions on events
• Answers to event organizer custom questions

(4) Automatically collected information

• IP address
• Browser information
• Device information
• Access logs
• Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5)

The collected information is used for the following purposes:

• Providing and operating the Service
• Login authentication and identity verification
• AI-powered user matching and event attendee recommendations (profile text is processed by a third-party AI service)
• Supporting communication between users
• Payment processing
• Service improvement and usage analytics
• Preventing unauthorized use and ensuring security
• Responding to inquiries

The Service may share personal information only in the following cases:

• When required by law
• With the user's consent
• With the following service providers (purpose in parentheses):
  • Supabase (database, authentication, and storage)

The Service does not sell or share users' personal information with third parties for commercial purposes (No Sale or Sharing of Personal Information).

The Service uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

• Authentication cookies: To maintain login sessions and manage OAuth redirects
• Analytics identifier (localStorage): A persistent anonymous identifier is stored in the browser's localStorage by PostHog for usage analytics. Unlike cookies, this identifier cannot be removed through browser cookie settings alone — it requires clearing site data (localStorage) in your browser

Users can manage cookies through their browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect some Service functionality.

Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes.

After account deletion, information will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period (generally within 90 days), except where retention is required by law.

California residents have the following rights:

• Right to know what categories and specific pieces of personal information have been collected
• Right to request deletion of personal information
• Right to request correction of inaccurate information
• Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (the Service does not sell or share personal information, but you may submit a request if you have concerns)

The Service does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

The Service implements reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration of personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 13. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

This Policy may be updated as needed. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice through the Service before the changes take effect.
